Compensation Change Proposal - Executive Director

To increase the salary of the Executive Director to $34.60/hour (up from B.C. minimum wage $15.65).
To reduce the hours of this position from 40 to 10.

These changes align nominal pay for Executive Director closer to market rate for similar positions.
